Any aggression or abuse directed towards our staff will not be tolerated.

Aggressive or abusive behaviour includes language (whether verbal or written) that may cause staff to feel afraid, threatened or abused and may include threats, personal verbal abuse, derogatory remarks and rudeness.

We also consider unsubstantiated allegations, inflammatory statements, and remarks of a racial or discriminatory nature, to be abusive behaviour.

Any customer who, in our estimation, is being aggressive, rude, abusive or acting in any way that may be interpreted as abusive or threatening towards any of our staff members or USA Domains Inc. may be terminated at our sole discretion with no further recourse. In addition, should the customer, during the course of a telephone conversation, email or support ticket, make reference to "legal action" or say anything we might reasonably understand to imply or infer that the client may intend to pursue a legal claim against us, we reserve the right to refuse telephone support going forward. Any further correspondence must then be sent by email or support ticket.

Should we feel that your needs would be better served by another provider, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the hosting agreement without notice.
