All Standard Hosting, High-Volume, and E-Commerce Web Hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund
(minus setup fees and overage charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of your
activation date.
Our refund policy applies to standard hosting fees only, and does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is
not limited to Advanced Email accounts, Email Defense, Real Audio® / Video®, MySQL, Secure Certificates and ShopSite/Pinnacle Cart lease fees.
Also not included are Dialup Accounts, Domain Parking, Domain Registration, Dedicated Servers,
and Co-Location service fees. No refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel
service, you must submit a cancellation request via the "Cancel Account" option via your Client Control Panel.
If you have questions on how to properly cancel an account, please contact USA Domains's
Billing Department, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, at (1-828-441-7999).
USA Domains's Billing Department will assist you with the cancellation process.
Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.
The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to dial-up accounts ,dedicated servers, and
co-location services, or any fees associated with these accounts. The 30 day money back
guarantee does not apply to account renewals.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by USA Domains for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify
for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming,
you will not be given any refund.
Refunds will be provided in the same payment method of the original payment.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.
