If you are not completely satisfied with your virtual server within the first 30
days of service, you will be given a full refund on your server charges
excluding setup fees, overages and/or programming charges.
Setup fees are only refundable for the following reasons:
(A) Your server order is canceled prior to activation; or
(B) the domain name requested was not available at the InterNIC.
For various security reasons, all cancellations must be placed via the
"Cancel Account" option in your Client Control Panel. To receive a refund,
you must place this request within 30 days of account activation.
Notification via postal mail, e-mail and fax are NOT accepted.
Phone requests do not constitute acceptance of server cancellation.
No refund is available after the 30th day of service.
Cancellations placed any month after your initial 30 days must also
be placed via the "Cancel Account" option via your Client Control Panel
and requires a 10 day advance notice. Any account that cancels
service on or after the 20th of any calendar month will be responsible for
the next months charges. For example, if you cancel on November 20th, you
will still be responsible for December's charges.
No partial refund will be given on the last month of service,
as this policy is to provide our customers ample time to store
or transfer files to a new location, handle a domain transfer
via the Internic, etc.
